SUP - SUNRISE PADDLE & SUP YOGA STRETCH
Join the girls for a fun SUP Session as the sun rises on the Northshore East Coast Bays.
Coastal or Lake Paddle with some SUP Yoga Stretching to finish. Set yourself up for the day by getting out there early.
Sunrise Sessions are subject to min numbers and conditions.
Please email ahead if keen to get out early for a sunrise session on Fri or Sat morning.

SUP LAKE - TWILIGHT PADDLE & RELAXATION
Join the girls for a fun SUP Session as the sun goes down over Lake Pupuke in Takapuna.
Lake Paddle with some SUP Yoga Stretching to finish.
Relax with a Midweek Wed "Twilight Paddle & Relaxation" (Oct to May) during daylight saving hours.
If a newbie to SUP please join in on a SUP INTRO session prior.

PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL or GROUP SUP INTRO SESSION
The "Basic Intro to SUP" is customised for you to get the maximin benefit in a 1 on 1 session with a qualified coach. The sessions run for approx 60.minutes including 10 minutes of on-land safety and technique and a yoga stretch to finish. There will be plenty of on-water time with a qualified Coach to help guide you with. some free time to practice at the end or simply relax on the board.
If you prefer to learn with a friend or a your family. Then there is the option to have a max of 6 in a Private Coaching SUP Session. Please Email sj@girlsgetouttherenz.net.nz if you would like to request a preferred location or SUP activity.
