Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) New Plymouth

Paddleboarding (or SUPing) is the worlds fastest growing watersport partly because it is super accessible for all levels of fitness and ability. It may look hard but it's almost guaranteed that you'll be standing by the end of the session and you'll love it. Dryness is not guaranteed - you may get wet, or you may not! SUPing is a full body work out if you want or you can simply just relax and potter around picking up the New Zealand vibe and sun rays (don't forget the SPF lotion)


Sports kit or swimwear most suitable. Wetsuits not provided so please bring spare clothing and a towel, just in case!

**If you'd like a LESSON, just be sure to book (select EXTRA during the booking process) so that Kiko, our in-house (non-pro) pro, can show you how to get around safely and looking like a pro within a short space of time. Kiko had her own SUP business in the UK and is also able to help advise on purchasing boards** This is recommended to ensure you fully enjoy and get the most out of your 1 hr hire (30 min lesson and 30 min hire)
All hire comes with a very basic element of instruction for safety purposes. If you'd like to make the most of the hire and how to paddle please select a lesson (Recommended)
