Day 2: Embrace the Ocean at Cavalli Islands
The transition from pool to the ocean and put your newfound skills to the test. Dive into one of the world’s most captivating spots. Marvel at the enchanting underwater realm, where nature and adventure coalesce. Conclude your course with memories of a beautiful Cavalli Island adventure, a unique experience reserved for a fortunate few.
Highlights : Comprehensive two-day training, from basics to actual ocean diving. Dive at the globally-renowned Cavalli Islands. Expert instruction ensures safety, knowledge, and a one-of-a-kind adventure.


The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge development about freediving techniques and equipment. You’ll study independently using the PADI Freediver eLearning.
Confined water session to learn stretching and relaxation techniques and refine static and dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 metres/165 feet
Open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. Goal – constant weight freedive of 16 meters/65 feet



Equipment needed:







You need a mask, snorkel, bifins, wetsuit and weight belt. We hire these if you need them!.
