KF assault course level 4
Home of the Assault Course used by the Krypton Factor TV Show, this course is over 700 meters in length, 200 meters of this is the zip wires. It is the amalgamation of the zip wires and roughly half of the 900 metre assault course, with a few extra obstacles thrown in. But as this can be run as a race it is lot tougher. It starts with a 40 foot tree climb onto a precarious and small platform. Down the zip wire then onto the course proper, 13 obstacles, water feature and mud runs then a final 75meter sprint to cross the finish line.
