COVID-19 Update

Here is our latest information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Following the latest announcement, for the easing of restriction from the 19th July onwards, our below Covid statement has been updated.

From 19 July
Outdoor Experiences - No group size restriction on outdoor groups and activities.
Indoor Experiences - No group size restrictions on Indoor groups and activities.

Face Masks / Coverings - Indoor & Outdoor Experiences - Please bring a face covering / mask along with you as this may be required at certain points during your event.

*The above dates are subject to change in line with Government advice.

We have a "reschedule your event" process already set up below. If we have placed your event On-Hold please come back and use the form below when you have decided on some new dates, we can then reschedule your event back in place for you. There is no deadline or time restriction on getting these rebooked.

We will be available on email to answer any queries that you may have. For ease just reply back to your bookings email and one of the team will respond as soon as they can.

Rescheduling your "on hold" event - Only for bookings that are on hold. This form should not be used to request a change to your existing booked date.
