We recommend a moderate level of fitness to enjoy this tour. Participants are required to walk 3 - 5kms along formed paths. Sturdy shoes, a waterproof coat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended.

Tour is not suitable for young children aged 14 years and under.
